A fantastic opportunity has arisen within our Client Services department for an Account Executive to join the team based in Leeds.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
To provide administrative support within relevant category working directly with the Artwork Account Managers.
To collate project information prior to design handover, sourcing key information from all stakeholders.
Arrange pre-artwork meeting conference calls as far in advance as possible for upcoming projects.
Keep internal trackers and the Asda Myartwork system updated with current and live information to ensure complete accuracy at all times.
Send artwork on approval to all relevant stakeholders using the Asda Myartwork system and chase anyone taking longer than the agreed timescales to ensure the critical path is adhered to.
Ensure daily tasks are carried out in the priority order required.
Attend meetings as and when required with the Account Manager, in order to gain insight into the status of projects.
Run an external approval report daily in order to keep the client updated on all project approvals.
Document each Epson proof and post approved Asda artwork to Printers daily.
Raise to the Account Manager any tasks which are overdue in the process to ensure all deadlines are met.
