Cutter Administrator

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within our Client Services department for a Cutter Administrator to join the team based in Leeds on a fixed term 6-month contract.

 

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Be responsible for ensuring that completed information from suppliers is provided and uploaded, on time, to be available for experts to check the information is correct

Chasing missing cutters by running reports or using task lists

Checking cutter information to assure all relevant information is correct

Liaising with suppliers regarding incorrect information and obtaining new files

Helping suppliers with basic queries and explaining how to upload cutters where applicable, or diverting them to the correct next level of support

Reviewing information to verify all packaging information is correct and available from the supplier

Ensure the supplier has completed their recycling information

Run reports to chase suppliers for approval codes

Strong organisational skills

High attention to detail

Computer literate – MS Excel

Team player

Ability to work under pressure

Self-motivated

Proactive and able to prioritise
